本文报道应用二乙基亚硝胺诱发的大鼠肝癌在体外短期培养过程中,加入正常肝胞质RNA后,对总蛋白、白蛋白、甲胎蛋白的合成有明显的影响。实验结果表明,蛋白合成于6小时后开始有变化,第12小时达到高峰,总蛋白合成实验组低于对照组,白蛋白合成实验组高于对照组约4~5倍;而甲胎蛋白合成实验组则有不同程度的抑制,以第12小时抑制最明显。提示肝癌细胞有向正常细胞表型逆转的趋势。
In this paper, it is reported that the use of diethylnitrosamine-induced rat liver cancer in the short-term culture process in vitro, adding normal liver cytoplasmic RNA, has a significant impact on the synthesis of total protein, albumin, alpha-fetoprotein. The experimental results showed that the protein synthesis began to change after 6 hours and peaked at the 12th hour. The total protein synthesis experiment group was lower than the control group, and the albumin synthesis experiment group was about 4 to 5 times higher than the control group; The experimental group had different degrees of inhibition, with the most significant inhibition at the 12th hour. It suggests that the hepatoma cells have a tendency to revert to the normal cell phenotype.
