共沉淀法制备的CuO/ZnO催化剂,用于二氧化碳加氢低压甲醇合成已有不少报导;但对催化剂制备中的一些重要环节探索不多,尽管Pan等研究过共沉淀时溶液的pH值不同,对所制的CuO/ZnO催化剂的铜表面积和合成甲醇(由一氧化碳加氢合成甲醇)活性的影响很显著.目前一般均采用1mol/L Na_2CO_3滴加到硝酸铜和硝酸锌混合溶液中,至pH值达8.2左右,但对滴加1mol/L Na_2CO_3的速度快慢对催化剂性能的影响尚未研究过;另外催化剂CuO/ZnO中的ZnO可以以粉末氧化锌和硝酸锌引
