目的观察生长分化因子15(GDF-15)在冠心病患者中的表达,分析其与冠脉侧枝循环形成的关系,探讨GDF-15对冠脉侧枝形成的影响。方法分析162例山西太原市中心医院心内科行选择性冠脉造影术的患者的病例资料,入选患者行冠脉造影前抽动脉血标本。患者按冠脉造影结果分为冠心病组和对照组;冠心病组按Rentrop’s分级法分为有侧枝组和无侧枝组,以ELISA法测定血清GDF-15浓度。结果 GDF-15浓度在冠心病组较对照组高(P<0.01),冠心病组中有侧枝组的GDF-15浓度较无侧枝组高,且GDF-15浓度与Rentrop’s分级存在正相关(r=0.747,P<0.01)。结论冠心病患者的GDF-15浓度增高,GDF-15浓度与冠脉侧枝形成呈正相关,GDF-15对冠脉侧枝形成有可能起促进作用。
Objective To observe the expression of GDF-15 in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and to analyze the relationship between GDF-15 and the formation of coronary collateral circulation and to explore the effect of GDF-15 on coronary collateral formation. Methods The data of 162 cases of patients undergoing selective coronary angiography in Department of Cardiology of Taiyuan Central Hospital of Shanxi Province were analyzed. Patients were enrolled and their blood samples were drawn before coronary angiography. The patients were divided into coronary heart disease group and control group according to the results of coronary angiography. Coronary heart disease group was divided into collateral group and collateral group by Rentrop’s grading method. Serum GDF-15 concentration was determined by ELISA. Results The concentration of GDF-15 in CHD group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). The concentration of GDF-15 in CHD group was higher than that in OLT group, and the concentration of GDF-15 was positively correlated with Rentrop’s grade = 0.747, P <0.01). Conclusions The concentration of GDF-15 in patients with coronary heart disease is increased. The concentration of GDF-15 is positively correlated with the formation of coronary collaterals. GDF-15 may promote the formation of coronary collaterals.
