通过对岩石破碎理论的分析,揭示出了岩石的破碎效率受动静载荷、预加静压力及加载方式的影响。基于岩石破碎机理,对SR220R型入岩旋挖钻机进行技术改造,通过动静耦合加载、利用施工工法构造岩石自由面和不进行钻头速度控制3种方式,实现对岩石的冲击-静压-拖动剪切的联合作用效果,提高旋挖钻机的破岩效率。现场试验结果表明:SR220R型入岩旋挖钻机可实现岩石的跃进破碎,达到了高效入岩的目的;入岩机理分析正确,可用于工程实践。
Through the analysis of rock fragmentation theory, it reveals that rock crushing efficiency is affected by static and dynamic loading, pre-static pressure and loading mode. Based on the mechanism of rock fragmentation, SR220R rock drilling rotary drilling rig technical transformation, through the dynamic and static coupling load, the use of construction methods to construct rock free surface and not drill velocity control of three ways to achieve the rock impact - static pressure - drag Shear effect of joint action to improve rock breaking efficiency of rotary drilling rig. Field test results show that: SR220R rock-drilling machine can achieve the purpose of high-efficiency rock entry and break-in; rock mechanics analysis is correct and can be used in engineering practice.
