保密工作是一门综合性科学,有着自身的客观规律和与之相适应的知识体系、工作法则、技术标准。几年来,国家保密局在实施《“十二五”时期全国保密事业发展规划》(以下简称《规划》)过程中,大力推进保密学历教育,为完善教育培训长效机制,积极推进保密干部专业化建设提供了重要支撑。近日,围绕几年来全国保密学历教育开展情况,本刊专访了国家保密教育培训基地有关负责人。
