改革开放以来,我国经济发展迅速,大多数企业从国家控股的国营企业转型为私人经营的企业和集体企业,慢慢的成为各种公司。而公司的具体形式有很多种,其中尤以股份制企业最为典型。股份制公司并不限定为私人企业,也可以是国有企业和集体企业。为了更好的符合时代发展需求,一套合理的管理人员的规章制度以及管理流程显得特别的重要,这就是俗称的HR,人力资源管理体系。笔者就如何搭建完善股份制企业人力资源平台提出几点构想,希望可以启发读者。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has developed rapidly. Most enterprises have transformed themselves from state-controlled state-owned enterprises into privately-run enterprises and collective enterprises and slowly become various kinds of companies. The specific form of the company there are many, including the most typical joint-stock enterprises. Joint-stock companies are not limited to private enterprises, it can be state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises. In order to better meet the needs of the development of the times, a set of reasonable management rules and regulations and management processes are particularly important, which is commonly known as HR, human resources management system. The author puts forward some ideas on how to set up and perfect the human resources platform for joint-stock enterprises, hoping to inspire readers.
