ISO标准数控刀片磨削工艺的优化改进是建立在大规模数据统计分析的基础之上的,但异型非标数控刀片磨削工艺优化,由于反馈信息的匮乏导致工艺优化研究缺乏数据基础,本研究旨在为解决这一问题探索一种新的方法。选择型号为ZXKS的非标数控刀片的磨削工艺,设计正交实验方案,根据用户反馈实验刀片在车削加工中的刀片后刀面磨损作为其使用寿命的判定依据,结果表明,以相关分析为理论基础,MINITAB软件为数据分析工具,在本实验条件下磨削断屑槽的砂轮粒度是刀片后刀面磨损的显著影响因子。
