目的：：研究分析阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检查结果的影响，并提出相应的分析对策。方法：随机抽取到我院接受诊断被确诊的180例妇科疾病患者，患者随机分为2组，对照组患者采用常规尿液采集尿液标本，观察组由责任护理人员采取方法先抑制阴道分泌物的流出之后对患者进行尿液采集，对比2组标本的具体检验结果。结果：经检验，观察组标本检验结果中上皮细胞、蛋白质、红细胞数目、白细胞数目检出率明显低于对照组标本检验结果，P<005对比差异有统计学意义。结论：混入阴道分泌物进行尿常规检查，会干扰检查结果，因此，临床在对患者进行尿常规检查时，首先应做好必要的措施防止阴道分泌流出。“,”Objective Research and analysis of vaginal secretions on the result of urine routine clinical test, and analysis the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
