校本培训是一种以学校为培训的主阵地,以提高教师的教学能力为目的,以反思性教学实践为基本特征,以全员分批参与为主要形式的培训本校教师的策略。对农村中小学来说,校本培训既紧密联系教学实际.又缓解工学矛盾,是教师培训的主要形式,是引领教师尽快走进新课程的关键措施。农村中小学校本培训的基本策略有:教学反思、集体备课、互动研讨、案例学习、专题论坛和课题研究等等。
School-based training is a school-based training main position. It aims to improve the teaching ability of teachers, takes reflective teaching practices as the basic features, and takes the participation of all staff as the main form of training strategies for their own teachers. For rural primary and secondary schools, school-based training not only closely links with teaching practice, but also alleviates the contradiction between work and study. It is the main form of teacher training and the key measure to lead teachers into the new curriculum as soon as possible. The basic strategies of school-based training in rural primary and secondary schools include: teaching reflection, group preparation, interactive seminars, case studies, special forums and research projects.
