精密电子组装中贴装元件的检测定位通常采用针对元件形状特征的分析方法。但是随着贴装元件形状的多样性,使得基于元件形状特征分析的检测定位变得困难。提出了一种新颖的基于投影的目标旋转角度测量方法。首先预先精确建立元件目标投影长度与旋转角度之间的关系,然后检测运动目标的投影长度,最后通过查找建立的投影长度与旋转角度之间的关系,即可确定角度旋转量。为了提高该方法的定位精度,采用图像重采样技术来提高角度检测精度。实验结果表明了该方法的有效性,旋转角度测量具有快速、高效和高精度的特点。
Detection and placement of mounted components in precision electronic assembly usually adopt the analysis method of the shape characteristics of the components. However, with the diversity of the shape of mounting components, the detection and positioning based on component shape feature analysis becomes difficult. A novel projection-based target rotation angle measurement method is proposed. Firstly, the relationship between the target projection length and the rotation angle is accurately established in advance. Then the projection length of the moving target is detected. Finally, the relationship between the projection length and the rotation angle is established to determine the angular rotation. In order to improve the positioning accuracy of the method, image resampling technique is used to improve the angle detection accuracy. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the method. The rotation angle measurement is fast, efficient and accurate.
