目的:观察原发性急性闭角型青光眼(APACG)高眼压持续时间对角膜内皮细胞密度及视功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析惠州市中心人民医院2008年至2015年住院的APACG者26例(52眼)的临床资料。所有患者接受手术或药物治疗,眼压控制平稳。随访4~11年观察高眼压持续时间与角膜内皮及视力的相关性。结果:患者年龄为(62.00±8.72)岁,平均住院时间(7.46±1.86)天。青光眼急性大发作期高眼压持续时间为(1.81±1.50)天,末次随访眼压均正常。末次随访角膜内皮细胞密度为(1 996.08±656.18)个/mmn 2。多元线性回归模型显示高眼压持续时间每增加1天,视网膜神经纤维层厚度变薄4.55 μm,视野指数降低概率13.72%,角膜内皮细胞密度减少76.90个/mmn 2。n 结论:APACG患者高眼压持续时间的越长,视功能指标与角膜内皮细胞密度损害越严重。“,”Objective:To observe the influence of duration of high intraocular pressure (IOP) on corneal endothelial cells density and visual function in acute primary angle closure glaucoma(APACG).Methods:The clinical data of 52 eyes of 26 cases with APACG from 2008 to 2015 in Huizhou Municipal Central People’s Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. IOP were normal after surgery or drug treatment.All cases were followed-up for 4-11 years.The correlation between duration of high IOP and corneal endothelial cells and visual function were observed.Results:The mean age of 26 patients was (62.00±8.72) years.The average length of hospital stay was (7.46±1.86) days.The duration of high IOP was(1.81±1.50)days in attacked eyes.At the last follow-up visit, IOP were in normal range; the corneal endothelial cells density decreased to (1 996.08 ± 656.18)/mmn 2.Multiple linear regression model showed the duration of high IOP increased by 1 day, RNFL thickness decreased by 4.55 μm, visual field index decreased by 13.72% and corneal endothelial cell density decreased by 76.90/mmn 2.n Conclusion:The longer the duration of high IOP is, the more serious the damage of visual function and corneal endothelial cell density.
