以“丰花月季”品种为试材,采用正交实验设计,研究蔗糖、硼酸、CaCl2、MgSO4、ZnSO45个因素不同浓度对其花粉生活力的影响,以期找出最适宜“丰花月季”花粉萌发的培养条件。结果表明:蔗糖浓度对“丰花月季”花粉萌发的影响最大,其余依次为硼酸浓度、ZnSO4浓度、CaCl2浓度,MgSO4浓度的影响最小。一定浓度的蔗糖、硼酸、CaCl2对花粉的萌发有较大的促进作用,但超过一定浓度时起抑制作用,而ZnSO4浓度对花粉的萌发率影响是在一定范围内先降低后升高,MgSO4浓度对花粉的萌发影响不太明显。最适宜“丰花月季”花粉萌发的离体条件是200g/L蔗糖+100mg/L硼酸+50mg/L CaCl2+20mg/L MgSO4+40mg/L ZnSO4。
The effects of different concentrations of sucrose, boric acid, CaCl2, MgSO4 and ZnSO4 on the pollen viability were studied by using “FENGHUA RAYS” as test material and orthogonal experimental design, in order to find the most suitable “FENGHUA Rose ”Pollen germination culture conditions. The results showed that sucrose concentration had the greatest effect on the pollen germination of “Feng Hua Ruei”, while the rest were boric acid concentration, ZnSO4 concentration, CaCl2 concentration and MgSO4 concentration. A certain concentration of sucrose, boric acid, CaCl2 on the pollen germination have a greater role in promoting, but more than a certain concentration of inhibition, and ZnSO4 concentration of pollen germination rate within a certain range of first decreased and then increased, MgSO4 concentration Pollen germination is less obvious. The most suitable ex vivo conditions for pollen germination were "200g / L sucrose + 100mg / L boric acid + 50mg / L CaCl2 + 20mg / L MgSO4 + 40mg / L ZnSO4.
