黑龙江省农科院作物育种所采用定向回交转育和轮回选择的方法将矮败小麦基因转育到黑龙江省优良小麦品种(系)的群体或个体中,结合生化标记和早世代品质跟踪测试等方式,简化和加速了小麦种质创新和新品种选育的进程,拓建了小麦动态基因库,为小麦育种开辟了一条新途径。本文对矮败小麦基因源的冬、春麦代换、骨干亲本的矮败小麦不育基因的定向回交转育及轮回选择群体中的亲本选用、混合互交和轮回选择等关键技术环节进行了详尽阐述。
