目的了解成都市农村寄宿制学校中小学生的膳食与营养状况,为开展学生营养干预提供依据。方法抽取成都市农村寄宿制学校2所,对学校食堂采用连续3 d称重记账法进行膳食调查,同时测量学生的身高、体重和血红蛋白,评价营养状况。结果成都市农村寄宿制学校食物品种单一,膳食结构不合理,鱼虾类、蛋及蛋制品、大豆、奶类及水果摄入严重不足;能量和蛋白质摄入充足,但微量营养素除维生素C外均不足。学生营养不良和较低体重检出率为49.4%,贫血患病率为33.9%,均高于全国农村学生平均水平。结论成都市农村寄宿制学校学生膳食和营养状况不容乐观。政府、学校、家庭应相互协作,共同努力,促进学生合理膳食,改善营养状况。
Objective To understand the diet and nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in rural boarding schools in Chengdu, and to provide basis for their intervention. Methods Two rural boarding schools in Chengdu were selected, and the meal investigation was conducted in the school canteen for three consecutive days with weighing and accounting method. Meanwhile, the height, weight and hemoglobin of the students were measured to evaluate the nutritional status. Results Chengdu Boarding School had a single breed of food and an unreasonable diet. Fish and shrimp, eggs and egg products, soybeans, milk and fruit were under-consumed. Energy and protein intake were adequate. However, with the exception of vitamin C Not enough. Students malnutrition and lower body weight detection rate was 49.4%, the prevalence of anemia was 33.9%, higher than the national average of rural students. Conclusion The boarding school students in rural areas in Chengdu are not optimistic about their diet and nutrition status. The government, schools and families should collaborate and work together to promote students’ proper diet and improve their nutritional status.
