作为一个基层领导者,不知道你想过没有,假如员工对你失去了信任,你还能做什么?没有人会否认,今天的国有企业面临着很多过去不曾有的新问题:一些企业管理者与被管理者之间的鸿沟越来越宽,员工对领导者的信任与服从不再发自内心。摆在我们面前的首要问题是我们如何赢得员工的理解、信任与支持,唤回他们曾经拥有的热爱企业、积极主动的工作激情呢?
