我校的校外教育较好地做到了根据自身特点,找准《城乡一体化校外教育运行机制的实践与研究》这一课题的切入点,发挥地方优势、学生年龄优势,抓住政策机遇,较早地进行了校内校外联动,资源共享的尝试,经过几年的研究和实践,找到了一条推进中小学校外教育的新途径。素质教育的培养与知识的传授,提到了同样重要的地位。我们选择了依托“江南丝竹”特色,将艺术教育作为突破口,作为开展校外教育的抓手。在具体工作中我们努力提高学生艺术表现能力,充分开发学生的潜能。将教育引向校外,引向家庭,引向社会,引向更加广阔的自由天地,进一步开发学生的潜能,弘扬民族的优秀文化,造就富有时代气息的、全面发展高素质人才。
