和谐的教育过程应是师生真情投入、围绕主题进行平等融洽的对话,彼此敞开、相互接纳、心领神会、民主合作的过程。教学过程应处于一种“和谐”状态,以“和谐的教育”促进学生的“和谐发展”。只有这样,才能从根本上提高语文课堂效率,实现教学的最终目的。那么,在新课程背景下,应该如何构建师生和谐、愉快的课堂呢?我主要是从以下几方面进行尝试和探究的。
A harmonious education process should be a process in which the teachers and students should devote their true feelings and engage in equitable and harmonious dialogue around the theme, open to each other, accept each other, take the hint at each other’s position and carry out democratic cooperation. The teaching process should be in a “harmonious” state, promoting “harmonious development” of students with “harmonious education ”. Only in this way can fundamentally improve the efficiency of the language classroom to achieve the ultimate goal of teaching. So, in the context of the new curriculum, how to build a harmonious and pleasant classroom teachers and students? I mainly from the following aspects to try and explore.
