故障重构技术能定位故障发生的部位及大小,指导操作人员对生产过程进行干预,使过程尽快恢复到正常状态,从而提高生产过程的安全性和可靠性。传统的故障重构方法需要知道故障方向,这在实际过程中难以实现。本文提出一种基于LASSO的故障重构方法,能够快速准确地找出故障方向,并进行重构,实现故障变量的准确定位。实例研究表明了所提方法的有效性。
Fault reconstruction technology can locate the location and size of the fault and guide the operator to intervene in the production process so that the process can be restored to normal status as soon as possible so as to improve the safety and reliability of the production process. The traditional fault reconstruction method needs to know the fault direction, which is difficult to achieve in practice. In this paper, we propose a fault reconfiguration method based on LASSO, which can find out the fault direction quickly and accurately and reconstruct it to realize the accurate positioning of fault variables. Case studies show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
