目的:探讨早期护理干预对骨科患者护患关系信任度的影响。方法:将武警浙江总队嘉兴医院骨科于2014年8月~2015年7月收治的骨科患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用骨科常规医嘱护理,观察组在实施骨科常规医嘱护理的基础上增加早期护理管理。以两组患者治疗期间不良护理事件发生率、患者对护理服务的满意度为评价指标,并采用护患关系信度量表评价护患关系信任度,综合分析研究两组护理措施对护患关系信任度的影响。结果:经过不同护理,观察组患者不良事件发生率显著比对照组低(P<0.05);在护理满意度及护患信任度方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:观察组采用的护理管理方式不仅有利于降低骨科临床护理不良事件的发生率,与可以很大程度的提高骨科患者的救治质量,而且对患者的生命健康增添保障,提高患者对护理治疗的满意度及信任度,亦对护理人员的护理知识和技能与护患沟通能力等方面有积极促进作用。
Objective: To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on the trust between nurses and patients in orthopedic patients. Methods: A total of 120 orthopedic patients admitted to Jiaxing Hospital of Zhejiang Province from August 2014 to July 2015 were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases). Conclusion: The nursing management method used in the observation group not only helps to reduce the incidence of adverse clinical care events, but also can greatly improve the quality of treatment in orthopedic patients, but also protect the life and health of patients and improve the patients’ Satisfaction and trust also play a positive role in promoting nursing knowledge and skills and nurse-patient communication skills.
