通过室内试验评价了Sasobit,Aspha-min和Evotherm DAT等3种不同的温拌添加剂对SBS改性沥青混合料的拌和与压实温度、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和抗疲劳特性的影响。结果表明,Sasobit,Aspha-min和Evotherm DAT均能明显降低SBS改性沥青混合料的拌和与压实温度,降温幅度分别为30℃,15℃和40℃。Sasobit能明显提高混合料的高温稳定性,Aspha-min对混合料水稳定性有明显降低作用,Evotherm DAT对混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性均有提高作用。另外,Sasobit和Evotherm DAT对SBS改性沥青混合料疲劳寿命均有明显提高作用,提高幅度分别为36%和47%,而Aspha-min对混合料疲劳寿命无明显增大作用。
The indoor temperature, high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability and fatigue resistance of SBS modified asphalt mixture were evaluated by three different warm mix additives such as Sasobit, Aspha-min and Evotherm DAT Effect of characteristics. The results showed that both Sasobit, Aspha-min and Evotherm DAT could significantly reduce the mixing and compaction temperature of SBS modified asphalt mixture, which were 30 ℃, 15 ℃ and 40 ℃ respectively. Sasobit can significantly improve the high temperature stability of the mixture, Aspha-min significantly reduce the water stability of the mixture, Evotherm DAT on the mixture of high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance and water stability are improved. In addition, Sasobit and Evotherm DAT significantly improve the fatigue life of SBS modified asphalt mixture by 36% and 47%, respectively, while Aspha-min has no obvious effect on the fatigue life of the mixture.
