在“厂网分开、竞价上网”的电力市场中 ,发电厂面临如何确定上网电量和上网电价 ,才能使发电厂获得最大利润的问题。在实际操作中 ,先算出边际成本 ,确定上网报价 ,再确定上网电量。即先了解电网中各时刻的电价 ,据此确定出最有利的上网报价 ,然后按边际成本线确定合适的上网电量。按这种策略确定上网电量和上网报价 ,既可使发电厂获得最大的利润 ,又可使整个电网经济运行。
In the electricity market where plants are separated from each other and their prices are online, power plants are faced with how to determine grid-connected electricity and grid-connected electricity prices in order to maximize the profitability of power plants. In actual operation, first calculate the marginal cost, determine the online quotation, and then determine the amount of electricity on the grid.
