目的:测定深圳市2006~2008年市售8类茶叶中铅铜含量,对其卫生质量状况进行评价,并比较8类茶叶中铅含量。方法:3年共采集茶叶样品229份,运用原子吸收光谱仪测定茶叶中铅铜含量,根据食品中污染物限量标准对茶叶卫生质量进行评价。结果:2006~2007年茶叶中铅铜含量均未超过国家标准,2008年107份茶叶中只有一份茶叶铅含量超过国家标准,铜含量均符合国家标准。人参乌龙茶铅平均含量为4.4 mg/kg,明显高于其它7类茶叶铅含量。结论:深圳市售茶叶整体卫生质量良好,人参乌龙茶铅平均含量较高。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the lead and copper contents of 8 types of tea in Shenzhen market from 2006 to 2008, evaluate the quality of their health condition, and compare the content of lead in 8 types of tea. Methods: A total of 229 tea samples were collected in three years. The content of lead and copper in tea was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The health quality of tea was evaluated according to the limit of contaminants in food. Results: The contents of lead and copper in tea from 2006 to 2007 did not exceed the national standards. Only one of the 107 tea leaves in 2008 exceeded the national standard in lead content, and the copper content conformed to the national standard. The average content of lead in ginseng oolong tea was 4.4 mg / kg, which was significantly higher than that of other seven kinds of tea. Conclusion: The overall health of tea sold in Shenzhen is good, and the average content of lead in Oolong tea is high.
