一直以来,内部推荐都是雇主的最佳招聘渠道之一,深受广大HR青睐。内部推荐的本质,是借助员工的力量找到最适合雇主的高质量“被动求职者”。相比其他招聘渠道而言,内部推荐成本低、周期短。据统计,企业利用内部推荐的录用比例高达33.3%。但是,目前大部分雇主在内部推荐项目上做的并不尽人意。内部推荐过程中通常存在:推荐过程激励缺失,反馈效率低;结果导向,奖励机制单一;宣传渠道单一;职位太多,描述太复杂,参与推荐成本高等四个主要问题。
All along, the internal recommendation is one of the best employer recruitment channels, favored by the majority of HR. The essence of internal recommendation is to use the power of staff to find the high-quality “passive job seeker” which is most suitable for the employer. Compared to other recruitment channels, internal recommended low cost, short cycle. According to statistics, companies use the internal recommended hiring ratio as high as 33.3%. However, at present, most employers do not do well on the internal recommendation projects. There are usually four main problems in the internal recommendation process, such as lack of motivation in recommendation process, low feedback efficiency, result-oriented and single reward mechanism, single propaganda channel, too many posts, too complicated description and high recommendation cost.
