在社会经济飞速发展的今天,现代化高素质人才需求成为企业和相关事业单位对人才引进和进一步培养的一个重要发展问题,企业和相关事业单位对现代化人才需求的量化考核由此变得更加严格,人才发展途径也变得多样化发展起来。对于播音主持人人才考核方面,高能素质能力方面的考核更趋合理化发展趋势。为了加大播音主持人就业能力素质的培养,文章就当下播音主持人在高能素质能力的培养中存在的不足进行初步分析,并提出相应的解决对策。
In today’s rapid social and economic development, the demand for modern high-quality talents has become an important development issue for enterprises and relevant institutions in introducing and further training qualified personnel.
