一、基本情况: 我单位是郑州市建二公司水电处,市二级全民企业,主要承担企业内部各类设备部分的安装施工任务。另外,单独对外承包部分建筑安装工程。水电处现有正式职工110人,其中管理人员13人,分为工程技术、材料采购供应、财务三个管理职能组,多年来全处人均产值保持在25000元以上,在本地区同行业中其人均产值是比较高的。我处安装工程的特点是点多面广,涉及到的技术专业,物资设备门类繁多,管理的项目内容复杂多样,如何用较少的管理人员,有限的时间,来完成规模变
