电刺激猫中脑中央灰质发音区的反应及该区的传入连接

本实验观察了电刺激23只猫动眼神经核平面和滑车神经核平面中脑中央灰质(以下简称中央灰质)引起的发音、情绪行为以及心电、血压,呼吸和脑电等变化、并用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)技术研究了其传入连接。 实验结果表明,刺激猫中央灰质嘴尾侧发音区均能引起发音及瞬膜收缩、扩瞳、伏耳、发“呋呋声”等一系列情绪行为变化,同时伴有心律紊乱、血压升高、呼吸速率和幅度的改变及脑电的去同步化。在慢性实验动物,还可引起环形运动和逃跑反应。刺激非发音区不仅不能引起发音,而且也不能引起明显的情绪反应。HRP研究表明,中央灰质咀尾侧发音区传入连接相类似,均主要接受同侧下丘脑脑内侧核、背侧区、前区、外侧区、后区、中脑黑质、楔状核、注射部位不同平面的中央灰质及扣带回、边缘前区的传入、也接受下丘脑穹窿周围区、室周区、弓状核、视前区及不定带、前斯(Sylvianus)氏回、乙状回,楔状下核等的投射。但在接受投射密度上,中央灰质的嘴侧多于尾侧。中央灰质内侧核非发音区,背外侧非发音区,发音区(腹外侧)传入连接互不相同。内侧核非发音区几乎均等地接受下丘脑和端脑的传入,而很少接受中脑的投射;背外侧非发音区几乎均等地接受下丘脑和中脑的传入,而接受端脑的投射甚少;发音区主要接受下丘脑的传入,而接受端脑?
