很多教师一提到艺体生的学习,就唉声叹气,抱怨连篇,而作为教师采取抱怨、放任自流、消极应对、逃避并不是解决问题的方法。我们在教育教学过程中,必须以情入手,以情换情,以情激情,才能开启学生蒙昧的心扉,才能弹奏出教学艺术的美妙乐章。正如德国著名教育家第斯多惠说过:“教育的艺术不在于传授知识和本领,而在于激励、唤醒和鼓舞。”教育教学过程,不仅是“传道、授业、解惑”的过程,而且是师生情感交流、心灵碰撞的过程,更是学生沐浴教育爱的过程。
