目的了解龟分枝杆菌与结核分枝杆菌标准菌株对含氯消毒剂杀菌的抵抗力。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行研究。结果有效氯1000mg/L的消毒液作用2.5min,对龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种与结核分枝杆菌标准菌株的杀灭对数值均﹥4.00;500mg/L有效氯作用2.5min对龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种杀灭对数值为3.05,对结核分枝杆菌标准菌株的杀灭对数值为2.10。结论龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种与结核分枝杆菌标准菌株对含氯消毒剂的抵抗力相近。
Objective To understand the resistance of Mycobacterium turtle and Mycobacterium tuberculosis to the disinfection of chlorine-containing disinfectant.
