通过新拌水泥乳化沥青砂浆泵出前后性能指标比较、泵送灌注砂浆揭板检查,和经济性分析,研究CRTSⅠ型CA砂浆泵送施工的可行性。研究结果表明:砂浆泵送前后的现场指标与硬化性能无明显变化,均符合要求;泵送+漏斗灌注施工的砂浆揭板检查效果良好,泵送方式能提高效率,降低人员、机械等费用,可用于大规模施工;直接泵送灌注的砂浆揭板效果良好,提出“抬板叠灌”施工方式,可望快捷修复CRTSⅠ型板式轨道路基不均匀沉降。
Through the comparison of the performance index before and after pumping out the fresh cement emulsified asphalt mortar, the inspection of pumping perfusion mortar uncovering, and the economic analysis, the feasibility of pumping construction of CRTS Ⅰ type CA mortar was studied. The results show that there is no obvious change in site index and hardening performance before and after the pump is pumped, all of them meet the requirements. Pumping + funnel perfusion mortar uncovering inspection effect is good, pumping mode can improve efficiency, reduce personnel, machinery and other costs, Which can be used for large-scale construction. The effect of directly pumping and pouring mortar uncovering plate is good, and put forward the construction method of “Overlapped Overlap Irrigation”, which is expected to quickly repair the uneven subgrade settlement of CRTSⅠ-type slab track subgrade.
