本文在对人力资源管理实践与企业绩效相关研究回顾的基础上,以香港的两百多家公司为样本,采用典型相关分析的方法对西方人力资源管理理论在非西方环境下的适用性进行了初步考察。从企业和员工双向角度检验企业意图实施的人力资源管理实践和员工感知到的人力资源管理实践的差异及两者对企业绩效的影响。
Based on the review of the researches on human resources management practices and business performance, this paper takes the sample of more than 200 companies in Hong Kong as samples and adopts the method of canonical correlation analysis to analyze the applicability of western human resource management theories in non-western environment Preliminary investigation. From the two-way perspective of the enterprise and staff, it examines the difference between the human resource management practice that the enterprise intends to implement and the human resource management practices perceived by the employees and the impact of the two on the enterprise performance.
