目的:探讨载脂蛋白J(APOJ)在血管瘤中的表达及其生物学意义。方法:颌面部血管瘤标本68例,按mulliken分类法将血管瘤分为3期,增殖期32例,退化期24例,退化完成期12例,选取5例唇裂患者唇部皮肤作为正常对照。将每个标本连续切片4张,分别行HE染色和APOJ免疫组织化学染色,计算APOJ阳性率。结果:APOJ位于内皮细胞周围纤维脂肪组织中,呈棕黄色。各期血管瘤中APOJ计数分别为:增殖期2.3±1.2SD/HPF:退化期7.6±2.3SD/HPF:退化完成期8.7±2.5SD/HPF,正常皮肤中APOJ无表达,增殖期与退化期及退化完成期相比较,APOJ的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:APOJ参与皮肤血管瘤的退化,并在退化过程中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of apolipoprotein J (APOJ) in hemangiomas and its biological significance. Methods: 68 cases of maxillofacial hemangiomas were divided into three stages according to mulliken classification, including 32 cases of proliferative phase, 24 cases of degenerative stage and 12 cases of degenerative stage. Five cases of labial cleft lip were selected as normal control . Four specimens of each specimen were serially sectioned and HE staining and APOJ immunohistochemical staining were performed respectively to calculate the APOJ positive rate. Results: APOJ is located in endothelial cells around the fibrous adipose tissue, brownish yellow. The APOJ counts in each stage of hemangiomas were as follows: proliferative phase 2.3 ± 1.2 SD / HPF: degenerative stage 7.6 ± 2.3 SD / HPF: degenerative stage complete 8.7 ± 2.5 SD / HPF, APOJ normal skin without expression, proliferative stage and degenerative stage Compared with the completion of degeneration, the expression of APOJ was significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion: APOJ is involved in the degeneration of cutaneous hemangiomas and plays an important role in degeneration.
