马铃薯脱毒微型薯无土栽培条件下生产的原原种种薯,因试管苗扦插生长季节长短差异,收获的微型薯粒大小有较大差别,大的粒重可在2g以上,小的仅0.3g或以下,它们虽都具极强的发芽能力,发芽率一般在99%以上,但顶芽的粗壮程度、顶土能力差别较大,原种繁殖时必须注意播深.田间出苗率固然与播种时土壤墒情、土壤粘重度诸因素有关,薯粒大小、播深对其影响亦尤为重要.为了摸索不同大小薯粒齐苗要求的适宜播深,我们特进行该试验.现将结果报告如下.1 试验设计与方法
