自1975年以来,我国先后从波兰进口地下矿用LK-1型铲运机105台,在部分大中型有色和黑色矿山使用,已成为这些矿山的主要出矿或出碴设备。但由于其柴油机废气的有毒成份含量过高,净化效果逐渐下降,又未采取增强通风等措施,已给操作工人的健康带来不良影响。用电动机取代LK-1型铲运机上的柴油机,是当前解决废气污染的现实办法之一。本文仅就三相鼠笼电机取代柴油机的改造方案作一论证。
Since 1975, China has successively imported 105 underground LK-1 scraper scraps from Poland, which are used in some large and medium-sized non-ferrous and non-ferrous mines and have become the major outflow or ballast equipment of these mines. However, due to the high content of toxic components in diesel exhaust gas, the purification effect has been gradually reduced and no measures such as enhanced ventilation have been adopted, which has adversely affected the health of operating workers. Replacing a diesel engine on an LK-1 scraper with a motor is one of the realistic solutions to the current problem of exhaust gas pollution. This article only on the three-phase squirrel cage motor instead of diesel engine to make a demonstration of the transformation program.
