村级营业用电管理是农村用电管理的最后一个重要环节,与广大农户相关的主要是低压电价。为此,我县全县范围内,普遍建立村级营业室,来加强村级营业用电管理。我们的具体做法是: 一、抄、核、收管理 每月的月底抄表,次月1—2日到电管站审核单据和照明汇总表,经电管站盖章后,将各用户千瓦时数、电费金额、村节余情况在电费公布栏内予以公布。3—6日用户主动带交费手册到村营业室交纳电费,电工收费并当场填写收费手册。 村级营业室面积15平方米为宜,保持清洁卫生,悬挂村用电基本情况示意图表及各种规章制度。 （1）、村用电基本情况示意图表 指全村人口、土地面积、耕地面积、电灌面积、机井、变压器台数/容量,电能表（单相、三相、三相四线）块数,保安器（单相、三相）台数,低压电容器台、数/千乏,电动机台/KW、电冰箱（柜）台/KW、电视机台/KW、电风扇台/KW、洗衣机台/KW、收录机台/KW、灯头个/KW、电熨斗台/KW等。图文并茂,达到用电设备情况了
