我台于1988年购进的由北京广播器材厂生产的单通道1KWVHF彩色电视发射机。该机采用两级箱式电子管放大腔体,前级功放为三极金属陶瓷电子管FC-620F,末级为四极金属陶瓷电子管FC-732F;其总增益为27-29db。十多年来我们在无备机情况下,能确保发射机正常运转,平时我们很注重对腔体的维护和维修工作。由于电子管是在高电压、大电流状态下工作,事故仍时有发生。加上电子管自身漏气,老化等因素会直接影响到正常播出工作,同时
