目前,在我县乡镇企业中,大部分企业能执行财务方针政策,合理使用资金,节约费用消耗,压缩资金占用,并加速周转,使有限的资金发挥较大的作用,取得了较大的经济效益。但也有部分乡镇企业,由于财务管理不严,存在着不少问题。 (1)财务混乱,处理拖拉,非定额资金庞大。有的同一户头既有应收款,也有应付款;有的债务根本无法落实;有些对方已经关停,不少应收款项已成死帐、烂帐;有些村办企业年初应收款中超过正常结算期的呆滞往来达24万元。
