本文报告检测血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(简称AFU)及超氧化物歧化酶(简称SODs)对原发性肝癌(简称PHC)的诊断价值。结果提示二种方法联合测定可提高诊断PHC的阳性率及正确率,AFU检测PHC的特异性高于SODs。SODs增高并非肿瘤患者所特有。提示单独检测SODs对PHC诊断价值不大。
This paper reports on the diagnostic value of serum α-L-fucosidase (abbreviated as AFU) and superoxide dismutase (SODs) for primary liver cancer (PHC). The results suggest that the combined determination of the two methods can increase the positive rate and accuracy of the diagnosis of PHC. The specificity of AFU for the detection of PHC is higher than that of SODs. Increased SODs are not unique to cancer patients. It is suggested that the detection of SODs alone is of little value in the diagnosis of PHC.
