Cuttlebone-transformed hydroxyapatite was prepared by hydrothermal reaction and ion exchange process.The Structure and chemical properties of synthesized materials were characterized respectively by XRD,FT-IR.In addition,the Mechanical behavior and biodegradability of CBHA were characterized in Simulated Body Fluid.The results showed that the compressive strength of CBHA was up to 36Mpa,the pH of DSBF declined faster than that in SSBF.And HA and CBHA soaked in SBF will produced acid degradation products which resulted in the biodegradability of CBHA.
