本文应用电子计算机和振动信号分析处理技术,从理论和试验两方面研究了铝合金自行车车架胶接质量振动检测的可能性。由于结构的固有频率可以从结构上任一试验点获取,即与试验点的具体位置无关,胶接车架自谱结构的差异可反映胶接质量的不同,因此,对于胶接自行车车架这一具体结构系统,以响应的自谱结构作为诊断特征的振动检测方法是简便可行的。
