  By using the tunable chemical properties of graphene oxide, visible light responsive graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composites (GOT) were successfully synthesized via a modified sol-gel method at a low temperature of 80 ~C.Crystalline quality and chemical states of carbon elements from graphene oxide in GOT depended on the graphene oxide concentration in the starting solution.
