Network education developing rapidly today,as an important resource in network teaching,video resources is widely used in network courses and high quality courses,the quality of the video resources directly affects the quality of network teaching.In the current video resources,video is mostly one-way,learners can only accept knowledge passively,and learner is distracted easily in the video learning so that can't catch the focus of studying.In this paper,by analyzing the form of interactive activities in the video resources and the timing of the video interaction,using interactive video editing software to realize,developing interactive video resources,in order to improve the learners' learning video resources participation,promote the students' understanding of knowledge,improve the quality of students by using video.
