为了解罗氏沼虾养殖期间沉积物中硫化物含量和变化趋势,选择了上海漕泾某罗氏沼虾养殖场,于2011年、2012年罗氏沼虾养殖期间,对三口试验塘及其水源沉积物中硫化物含量进行跟踪调查,同时分析2012年沉积物中硫化物在总硫中所占的比例,进一步分析硫化物和总硫与沉积环境中其它因子和累积投饵量的相关性.结果显示:两年来,试验塘硫化物含量的变化范围分别是0.1937-10.5448 (ug/g)和0.1375

为了解罗氏沼虾养殖期间沉积物中硫化物含量和变化趋势,选择了上海漕泾某罗氏沼虾养殖场,于2011年、2012年罗氏沼虾养殖期间,对三口试验塘及其水源沉积物中硫化物含量进行跟踪调查,同时分析2012年沉积物中硫化物在总硫中所占的比例,进一步分析硫化物和总硫与沉积环境中其它因子和累积投饵量的相关性.结果显示:两年来,试验塘硫化物含量的变化范围分别是0.1937-10.5448 (ug/g)和0.1375-9.3367 (ug/g),与我国海洋沉积物质量第一类标准(300ug/g)相比,均没有出现超标现象,水源硫化物含量有2次超标现象,硫化物含量的变化趋势是先增加后降低.相关分析表明沉积物中硫化物含量与TS、TOC、TN、累积投饵量之间都存在极显著的正相关,与TP之间存在显著的正相关.总硫含量与TOC、TN、TP、累积投饵量之间都存在极显著的正相关,累积投饵量与TOC之间也存在显著的正相关.可见,罗氏沼虾养殖期间沉积物中硫化物含量不存在超标现象,硫化物含量随有机负荷的增加而增加,而有机负荷主要来自饵料.
