目的建立中国4~80岁健康人群全年龄段肺通气功能正常参考值。方法按照统一的实施方案及质量控制标准,收集来自中国各行政区域的25家研究中心的4~80岁不吸烟健康人群的肺通气功能数据(包括FVC、FEV1、FEV3、PEF、MMEF、FEF50%、FEF75%等),并采用LMS方法拟合全年龄段肺通气功能正常参考值曲线。结果排除不合格及缺失数据422例后,本研究共纳入健康人7245例,其中,男性3553例,女性3692例。各个肺通气功能指标与性别、年龄及身高均密切相关。该正常参考值曲线能平滑地展示儿童及成人间肺通气功能指标的变化,符合人体生理学的生长特性。结论首次建立了中国4-80岁健康人群全年龄段肺通气功能正常参考值,包括其年龄相关的正常值下限。
Objective To establish a normal reference value of pulmonary ventilation in all age groups of healthy people aged 4 ~ 80 years in China. Methods Pulmonary ventilation data (including FVC, FEV1, FEV3, PEF, MMEF, FEF50%) from non-smoking healthy population aged 4 ~ 80 years from 25 research centers in all administrative regions of China were collected according to a unified implementation plan and quality control standards , FEF75%, etc.), and LMS method to fit the normal range of pulmonary ventilation function reference curve. Results After excluding 422 cases of unqualified and missing data, 7245 healthy people were enrolled in this study, including 3553 males and 3692 females. Each pulmonary ventilation function is closely related to gender, age and height. This normal reference curve smoothly shows changes in lung function indicators for children and adults, in line with human physiological growth characteristics. Conclusions For the first time, normal reference values of pulmonary function in all age groups aged 4-80 in China are established, including the lower limit of their normal age.
