Objectives This study was conducted to explore the association between dietary patterns,habits and risk of anxiety symptoms among medical college students.MethodsThis population-based,cross-sectional survey was conducted in 618 healthy medical college students.Participants completed a questionnaire including a Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and a self-reported food frequency questionnaire.Dietary patterns were identified using factor analysis.And the relationships between dietary patterns,habits and anxiety symptoms were determined using binary logistic analysis following adjustment for potential confounding factors.
