　　The research of prolonged release preparation is still a hot topic in the study of drug delivery systems (DDS).Among them hydrophilic matrix tablets containing polyethylene oxides (PEO) are widely applied to control the release rate of the water insoluble drug, and their status of leading role in the DDS can not be ignored.
