The outbreak and maintenance of green tides made of Enteromorpha prolifra associates closely with the nutrient.To determine the nutrient strategy to guarantee nutrient demand of vast biomass when the E.prolifra float from high-nutrient sea area to low-nutrient one, we simulated the process by taking it to different kinds of low-nutrient seawater after exposed to temporary different kinds of eutrophication including nitrogen-enrichment(N+), phosphate-enrichment(P+)and both of them(N+P+), and analyzed nutrient dynamics between algae and seawater.The result showed that the E.prolifra store much nutrient temporarily when encountered eutrophication, and released the nutrient into water including DIN (ammonia, nitrate, nitrite) and P (phosphate) in low-nutrient seawater, then reutilized them.
