目的了解龙门县旅游区温泉水水质状况,为今后加强旅游区温泉水的卫生监督工作提供科学依据。方法依据国家有关卫生规范、卫生标准和检验方法于2010—2012年对龙门县4个乡镇有旅游温泉聚集的11个点进行监测。结果 3年共抽检温泉水水样539份,全部项目合格的301份,总合格率为55.8%;各年合格率分别为48.3%(83/172)、61.9%(104/168)和57.3%(114/199)。微生物指标中,大肠菌群的总合格率为55.8%(301/539),细菌总数的总合格率为86.1%(464/539);理化指标中,pH值的总合格率为100.0%(539/539),尿素的总合格率为99.8%(538/539),游离余氯的总合格率为99.6%(537/539)。第1季度合格率最高为66.7%(92/138),第4季度合格率最低为48.6%(71/146),不同季度温泉水的水质合格率比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论龙门县部分温泉水水质微生物污染较严重,今后需加大监督监测力度,确保消费者的健康与安全。
Objective To understand the status of hot spring water in tourist area of Longmen County and provide scientific basis for health supervision of hot spring water in tourist area in the future. Methods According to the relevant national health norms, health standards and test methods in 2010-2012, 4 towns and townships in Longmen County, there are hot springs to gather 11 points to monitor. Results A total of 539 hot spring water samples were collected and 301 were qualified in all three years. The total pass rate was 55.8%. The passing rates in each year were 48.3% (83/172), 61.9% (104/168) and 57.3% (114/199). The total qualified rate of coliform bacteria was 55.8% (301/539) and the total qualified rate of bacteria was 86.1% (464/539) in microbial indicators. The total qualified rate of pH was 100.0% (539 / 539). The total qualified rate of urea was 99.8% (538/539). The total qualified rate of free residual chlorine was 99.6% (537/539). The highest pass rate was 66.7% (92/138) in the first quarter and the lowest pass rate was 48.6% (71/146) in the fourth quarter. The pass rate of hot spring water in different quarters was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Longmen County, part of hot spring water quality of microbial contamination is more serious in the future need to increase supervision and monitoring efforts to ensure consumer health and safety.
