目的对不同批次醋京大戟饮片样品进行分析,建立醋京大戟饮片的质量标准。方法以大戟二烯醇为对照品,采用薄层层析法和高效液相色谱法对醋京大戟饮片进行了定性和定量研究;并对醋京大戟饮片进行杂质检查,对灰分、水分和浸出物含量进行了测定。结果不同批次的醋京大戟饮片在杂质、水分和浸出物含量等方面均存在差异。薄层鉴别色谱斑点清晰,分离度较好。所建立的含量测定方法操作简单、准确、重现性好。结论建立了较为完善的醋京大戟饮片质量标准,填补了醋京大戟饮片质量标准方面的空白。
Objective To analyze the samples from different batches of Jingjing Euphorbia, and establish the quality standard of Jingjing Euphorbia decoction pieces. Methods Decalnol as a reference substance, using thin-layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography of Jingjing Euphorbia Pieces were qualitative and quantitative study, and Jing Jing Euphorbia Pieces impurity inspection, ash, Moisture and extract content were determined. Results Different batches of vinegar Beijing Euphorbia Pieces in impurities, moisture and extract content and so there are differences. TLC TLC spots clear, better resolution. The established method for determination of content is simple, accurate and reproducible. Conclusion The establishment of a more perfect vinegar Euphorbia Pieces quality standards to fill the Jing Jing Euphorbia Pieces quality standards blank.
