１９９５年，笔者对辽宁省养殖对虾示范区的中国对虾亲虾以及对虾养成全过程中的虾体，进行了定期电镜跟踪检测．结果表明：在６月底至７月初送检的虾体（５～６ｃｍ）中，初次检测到杆状病毒，与去年同期相比，发病期推迟近一个月；在亲虾的生殖器官和虾苗机体内均未发现病毒，因此纵向感染的可能性很小．另外笔者还对电镜检则手段，观察经验等若干问题，进行了分析讨论．
In 1995, the author conducted regular electron microscopy tracking tests on shrimps in shrimps and shrimps in shrimp culture in shrimp demonstration areas in Liaoning Province. The results showed that baculovirus was first detected in shrimp (5 ~ 6cm) which was sent to the end of June to early July, and its onset was delayed by nearly one month compared with the same period of last year. In addition, I also examined the means of electron microscopy, observation of a number of issues such as experience, were analyzed and discussed.
