Grasp the strategies of language learning and application, and understand the influencing factors of learning strategies, help learners to improve the level of second language learning and use, and help tactics trainers improve the quality of second language teaching. This paper analyzes and summarizes the definition, classification and the individual factors that affect the use of second language learning strategies, and puts forward three main factors that affect the use of language learning strategies.
